For Eve-lyne, the students come first. She teaches dance with enthusiasm and a passion for the art. Eve-lyne chooses the staff for her studio very carefully, requiring them to finish a training process before they have their own class to instruct.
Her instructors have a wide variety of backgrounds and dance experiences. Young adults and teens have the opportunity to take Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tap and Ballet while learning flexibility, tumbling, splits and other exciting movements. For younger children, Eve-lyne emphasizes learning the basic fundamentals with correct technique and forming good dance habits. Her philosophies for teaching young children include learning through play. Children learn by performing fun exercises which teach understanding rhythm, learning how to take turns, following directions, respecting fellow students, and listening skills. We seek to develop the whole child through dance: emotionally, physically and mentally. Children leave classes at Ev-leen's with better self esteem and a variety of motor skills and improved coordination. The entire staff at Ev-Leen's genuinely loves and enjoys watching the dancers of all ages develop and grow during their instruction at our studio.

*Quincinera private lessons for individuals or groups. Some of our clients choose a traditional "Waltz", but we have noticed that many of our clients are opting to surprise Quincinera guests with a Hip-Hop or other trendy dance style.

Directions to the studio:
From the East - head west on Truxtun Extension, make a left turn on Commercial Way (Where the AAA Building is located), head south until the street dead ends, make a right on Office Park Drive, pass the Social Security Building on the right, look for the sign "OFFICE PARK PLAZA" and make a left turn. Pass "PIZAZZ Hair Salon", make a right after the salon and we're mid-way on the left hand side at: 5301 Office Park Drive Suite #340, Bakersfield, CA 93309

From the West - head east on Truxtun Extension, immediately after Mohawk, make a right on to Office Park Drive. Enter parking lot straight ahead of you. We are a couple doors East of "La Petite Poulette" and we will be on your right.
